This workshop will take place at the Institut de Mathématiques de Bordeaux, Université Bordeaux 1, on Thursday March 19 and Friday March 20, 2009.
There will be a single track of invited speakers and ample time for group and private discussion. *Anyone interested in welcome to attend*. There is no registration fee; however, please email me if you are interested in attending.
