ELECTRIMACS 2017 is an international conference on theory and application of modeling and simulation for analysis, control, power management and design in electrical power engineering.
The objectives of the conference are to provide scientific and professional interactions for the advancement of the modelling, methods and simulations. Recent development of complex systems such as distributed power systems, electrical vehicles and traction, renewable energy systems, smart grids, spatial, airborne and naval applications are encouraged.
All papers accepted for presentation at the conference and accompanied with paid registrations will be published in the proceedings referenced with an ISBN index. A selection of papers presented at the conference and accepted in a further peer reviewing process will be shortly published in a special issue of Transactions of IMACS Mathematics and Computers in Simulation (Elsevier, WOS indexed).

			Topics of interest
The conference will be based on 3 tracks:
Track 1: Modelling for analysis, simulation, identification and diagnosis
Track 2: Methods for control and power management
Track 3: Methods for system design and optimization

These tracks will especially involve application fields in:
			Electric Machines and Electromagnetic devices
			Power electronics
			Storage devices and fuel cells
			Transportation
			Renewable energies and smart grids
			Software development

			Important dates:
Deadline for paper submission and special sessions December 1st 2016
